What this is

Upstream Bids reads public city and county records and summarises construction projects it finds in them. It is a research tool to help you decide what to chase.

Verify before you bid

Project details are extracted from agenda documents automatically and are not checked by a person. Amounts, dates, firms, and scope can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Every lead links to the source document. Confirm anything that matters with the issuing agency before you bid, price, or commit resources.

Early access

During early access the product will change, and may be unavailable at times. We will tell you before we charge you anything.

Your account

Keep your sign-in link to yourself. An Upstream Bids subscription is for one company, and we may suspend accounts that are shared more widely than that.
